April 5, 2007: Even
A Springtime Snowfall Couldn’t Stop Them.

Where else would hip-hop MCs,
Wasun, Lameck Williams and Stress Daily share a stage
with pop/rock bands such as Streetlight Light, Subculture
Syndrome and Saddlestitch? Where
else would you be able to hear the groundbreaking and innovative
styles of Everything That’s Fly, Ginuwine Affection
and the iLLiterate Crew?
In only one place and on only
one night, Film Jam 3 once again showcased a mash of
Toronto-based talent to a packed house at the historic
El Mocambo. The show did not
stop at the music; also blowing your minds was the art
of Tafewa, Eric Euler and Kotep, and the party was kept
alive with Havok on the 1s and 2s.
Hosted by the talented Skye
Collyer, the Film Jam 3 showcased art in all its forms
from hip-hop to rock, and from visual to film in one
night and under one roof. Nowhere
but the Film Jam is where you can find all this and more.
