About the Film Jam

The Film Jam is a venue where artists of all kinds gather, network, and share their art with the public. It is a celebration, bringing together filmmakers, musicians, artists and the people that appreciate their work.Since August 2006, the Film Jam has been blowing the roof off the historic El Mocambo in downtown Toronto, and shows no signs of slowing down. Where else can you find metal bands and folk singers on one stage or surrealist art and slapstick comedy films in the same night? The Film Jam brings together every facet of art and showcases it under one roof and in one night…it is an experience that you cannot miss!  

Where does The FIlm Jam take place

The Home of all seven Film jams, and the home of all futre film Jams are at the Historic El Mocambo located at 464 Spadina Ave. Toronto, Ontario. The Conner of College and Spadina.
